Why Do Clean Sheets Feel So Good?

Nothing feels better than finally getting ready for bed after a long, busy day. Except for remembering that you did laundry that morning, and you’re not just getting into bed — you’re getting into a bed made with fresh, clean sheets.

You may have noticed that, in times of stress or pressure, you have the sudden urge to deep clean your entire living space — or at least rethink and reorganize it. 

This may be because keeping your space clean can help you feel more in control of your life. Additionally, clutter can be stressful — as can an unfinished to-do list. 

So clean sheets help you feel a little bit more on top of your life, and washing your sheets regularly may help you feel more relaxed in the evening because you know you’ve accomplished at least one necessary task.

How Often Do You Need To Wash Your Sheets?

Changing your bedding more frequently is also a good idea if you have asthma, allergies, or even sensitive skin.
