Return Policy & Shipping
Miracle Returns, Exchange & Cancellations Policy
We want you to love your Miracle products. But if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns as simple as possible.
Please send us a note and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are always free, and returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your order number, few photos of your order, the condition of your product, and the reason for the return.

Once a member of our team has assessed your issue, we will contact you with the status of your replacement or refund. Please allow for up to 2 business days to hear a response from us.
If your refund is approved, we will send you a return label. As soon as your order is received back we will initiate a refund to the original payment method that you used. In the case you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue store credit.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product, please email us at email@example.com. Include your name, order number, email address, a written explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received.
In this instance, we will ship a replacement of the correct order to you. Refunds will not be issued.
LATE ARRIVAL OF ORDER
While we try our level best to ensure you receive your order within 5-10 business days of your purchase, we cannot guarantee that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect shipping and inventory issues. We are unable to refund for items not being delivered by a specific date, special occasion, or holiday.
Each product description states how long shipping could take. Please take note of this when ordering.
Once an order has shipped we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
RETURNING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders outside of the USA must be returned at their own expense in order to receive a full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA # prior to returning the order.
In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued.
We run promotions from time to time which are exclusive discounted offers. All sales offers are considering final sale. We do not offer exchanges and refunds on them.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The total shipping charges for all your orders will be computed and shown upon checking out.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
A Shipment Confirmation with its tracking number(s) will be emailed to the sender once the order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order is not the responsibility of Miracle Brand. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The shipment for PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used within the US, US Territories and APO/FDO/DPO

PLEASE NOTE: Unless a return is approved by our customer service department, refunds will not be given for items returned to this address. There are no exceptions.
Due to logistical reasons, we request all of our subscription customers to reach out to us at least 3 days before the next charge for us to be able to adjust or cancel the next order. We are unable to cancel/adjust orders after that timeframe.
