Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses. We have several across the states to provide the fastest shipping we can to each region!
What shipping carrier do you use?
The shipping carrier depends on the item being shipped and the shipping location, but we usually partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders process within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping can take longer during the holidays and in severe weather conditions.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition, Miracle Brand encourages customers to file a claim immediately.
Please include photo reference of damaged item and packaging received.
You will be sent a pre-paid return label to return the damaged products.
Once the order is shipped back please reach out to us with the tracking so we can ship a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued for orders damaged in transit.
Returns
Do you offer free returns?
We do offer free returns on U.S. orders within 30-days of delivery. To begin a return, please send us an email with your order number and reason for returning to help@support.miraclebrand.co.
We do not accept returns on international orders, and we do not accept returns on items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
What's the status of my return & refund
Returns can take up to 10 business days to process, and then once processed, your refund can take another 2-7 business days. We do our best to process returns and refunds quickly!
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we understand and will gladly help you return. To begin a return, please send us an email with your order number and reason for returning to help@support.miraclebrand.co.
Do you refund shipping costs?
All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
